Nutritious Should be Delicious!

Cilantro & Habanero Cheese Burgers

Start with about a pound of raw ground bison, beef or turkey

Chop pepper cheese, jalapeno cheese or habanero pepper cheese and cilantro to taste

Mix into ground meat well

Separate into three or four even portions and form into burger patties (quarter pounders for children or 1/3 pounders for adults)


Grill and serve on whole wheat bun with herb salad by topping greens with fresh herbs

Cilantro, dill and basil are my favorites for a side salad
