Nutritious Should be Delicious!

Fruit & Yogurt Parfait


1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 cup any type fresh fruit (chopped strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple; whole blueberries, raspberries, blackberries; pomegranate seeds)

1/3 cup granola



Layer 1/3 cup yogurt on bottom of goblet or dessert type glass.  Layer 1/3 of fruit on top and sprinkle  1/3 of granola atop.  Repeat for two more layers.  Enjoy!
