1/2 banana

1/2 pear

1/4 cup strawberries

1/2 cup kale

1 cup coconut water

 

Directions:

Ingredients may be fresh or frozen.  I find the best texture comes from a combo of half fresh and half frozen.  Mix in blender, pour into glass and enjoy!
