Fire up the grill for some good eats 🙂
4 oz 1/2 inch thick pork chops
1Tbsp brown sugar per pork chop
1 Tbsp fresh chopped basil per pork chop
1/2 fresh peach, rinsed and seed removed (for each pork chop)
1 tsp brown sugar for each peach
Heat grill to medium high heat. Combine Brown sugar and basil in bowl. Mix together, then add pork chops one at a time rubbing with brown sugar coating both sides evenly. Place directly onto grill with sufficient brown sugar and basil topping and cook ~3 minutes on each side, adding additional brown sugar and basil from bowl after flipping to attain a crispy caramelized pork chop. Place peaches cut side down on grill for 2 min. Flip and sprinkle with the brown sugar basil mixture. Cook additional 2 minutes. Serve with fresh green salad or grilled veggie.
Best meal I’ve had since garlic encrusted lamb chops with raspberry mint chutney!!!
