Nutritious Should be Delicious!

Kale Berry Smoothie




3/4 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup frozen chopped kale

1 cup trop 50 apple juice

1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt



Place ingredients in blender in above order.  Blend on medium-high for ~1 minute.  Pour into glass and enjoy!
