In this day and age in our information nation many of us are left swimming in a sea of health, nutrition and fitness junk. The media makes a lot of claims on ways to lose weight, get fit and lose cellulite, but you have to be careful who you get your info from. With the studies showing one thing this month and the complete opposite the next many of us are left wondering how to keep all of this information straight and find reputable sources to rely on. Here I will compile some of my favorite articles and news headlines which are evidence based and have as little bias as possible.
