Pépé’s Eggnog Waffles

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 ¾ cups eggnog

½ cup canola or sunflower oil

1 Tbsp brown sugar

4 tsp baking powder

½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions:

Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs with hand mixer.  Beat flour, eggnog and oil. stir in sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract and mix with a fork. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for ~3 min or until golden brown.  Serve warm with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
