Nutritious Should be Delicious!

Strawberry Mango Julius

Ingredients:

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen mango

1 cup non-fat french vanilla yogurt

1 cup orange juice

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on med-high for 1-2 minutes until well mixed with semi liquid consistency (no chunks).  Pour into glass and enjoy!
