2 cups baby romaine
1 head of grilled corn on the cob seasoned lightly with butter and pepper and cut off the cob
1/2 white peach, rinsed and cut into bite sized pieces
1 Tbsp poppy seed dressing
Place bed of greens on center of plate. Top with sweet corn and peaches. Drizzle with poppy seed dressing. Add grilled chicken, steak, pork, beans or grated cheese for protein or serve as side salad for burgers, kabobs, brats….
