2 cups baby romaine greens
1/2 cup fresh peaches, rinsed and cut into bite sized chunks (peel skins off as desired)
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, rinsed, stems removed and cut into quarters
1/4 cup whole walnuts
1 Tbsp poppy seed dressing
Place bed of greens on center of large dinner plate. Top with peaches, strawberries and walnuts. Drizzle with poppy seed dressing. Top with grilled chicken, cheese, white beans, white fish as desired or pair with pita and hummus for added protein.
