Ingredients:
1 apple cored (no need to peel)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup ice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients besides spices in blender on high. When thoroughly blended, stir in spices and blend to mix in evenly. Makes 1-2 servings. Perfect for a warm fall day or in front of a fire on a cool fall day 🙂
