2 cups baby carrots halved
1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
Heat grill to medium high. Place square of tin foil flat on counter top and spread thin layer of olive oil. Place carrots in center layered thinly. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and disperse butter evenly. Oil second piece of foil and place on top. Wrap edges to keep air out.
Place on grill 10 minutes on each side. Serve with mmmMEAT!!!
