1 cup ice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup full fat french vanilla yogurt (tasted bad with low fat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pumpkin pie spice (1/4 tsp cinnamon and a dash of ginger, nutmeg, allspice)
Add all ingredients to blender in list order. Blend on medium until well mixed with smoothie consistency. Stir in spices sticking to sides as needed and blend further. Pour into glass and top with whipped cream as desired. Enjoy while snuggling under a warm blanket!
